In this pivotal role, you will coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety standards, budget constraints, and project timelines. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape communities and industries. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications. Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other stakeholders to foster seamless communication and collaboration. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Oversee construction estimating processes to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements for each project phase. Ensure compliance with all construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies across multiple sites. Review construction plans, blueprints (including Civil 3D drawings), contracts, and specifications to verify accuracy and feasibility before implementation. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, HeavyBid, or equivalent tools for project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting. Manage project budgets by controlling costs through effective cost management strategies while maintaining quality standards. Coordinate construction schedule activities to optimize workflow and minimize delays through precise scheduling and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and resolve issues promptly. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and milestones for executive review and stakeholder updates. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil work. Extensive background in construction site management including safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Prolog or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled in managing teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control strategies to ensure projects stay within budget. Familiarity with construction regulations governing permits, environmental policies, labor laws, and safety standards across various jurisdictions. Experience coordinating with architects, engineers (including Civil 3D specialists), subcontractors, clients, and regulatory agencies effectively.
