with SCI eligibility Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Monitor the activities of all construction workers and personnel inside the Secure Construction Site at all times and ensure work is accomplished in accordance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP). Provide a daily report to the government which documents construction activities occurring that day for security items necessary to comply with the requirements to include activities such as but not limited to: Construction Material Deliveries into the Secure Construction Site; Installation of security frames/man bars in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) ducts or other openings; acoustical countermeasures; TEMPEST signal countermeasures, drywall layers, walls painted above and below false floor/ceiling, all penetrations, and other construction requirements to meet the security requirements. Provide a written summary of the previous week's work performed along with photo documentation as required in the Construction Security Plan (CSP). Document all security violations or deviations from the CSP that occur on the Secure Construction, notify the Site Security Manager (SSM) immediately, and annotate the incident in the daily and weekly reports. Detailed descriptions shall include date, time, person(s) involved, description of incident and accompanying photos (if applicable). Ensure procedures to control site access are implemented. Implement procedures to deny unauthorized site access. Conduct security inspections of construction materials delivered, finished and unfinished construction work, personnel, and construction worker personal items such as bags, lunch boxes, and associated items. Identify and document anomalies and variances in finished construction work against the official project construction plans. Possess at least five (5) years of construction experience. Security experience may supplement up to two (2) years of construction experience if the security experience is directly related to DoD SCIF construction or physical security. Possess High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Possess a valid certificate for the successful completion of a Forty (40) Hour or greater CST training course. Ability to stand, sit, bend, walk, kneel, and other related physical activities for long periods of time. Possess working knowledge of the
ICD/ICS-705
Tech Specs (version 26 July 2021) as demonstrated by experience gained from working on multiple ICD-705 projects.
