About Our Client A rapidly growing Southern California General Contractor is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee the field execution of large-scale multifamily and affordable housing developments. This is an opportunity to join a builder with a strong pipeline of work and take ownership of projects ranging from podium developments and wrap-style communities to large-scale multifamily housing projects valued between $20M and $60M. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who understands multifamily construction from groundbreaking through turnover, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can independently drive project schedules, subcontractor performance, quality, and safety. Job Description Our Superintendent will be responsible for: Lead all field operations from groundbreaking through project completion. Manage project schedules and drive daily production activities. Develop and maintain three-week look-ahead schedules. Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to ensure efficient workflow. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and project phasing. Lead subcontractor meetings and field coordination efforts. Maintain project quality standards and enforce safety requirements. The Successful Applicant The ideal Superintendent will have: Extensive experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects. Proven background managing projects valued between $20M and $60M. Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing and project lifecycle management. Experience with affordable housing developments preferred. Experience leading podium, wrap, walk-up, or multi-building residential projects strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to independently run field operations. Strong scheduling and planning capabilities. Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. What's on Offer We are offering this role:
Base Salary:
$150,000 - $170,000
Target Bonus:
Approximately 20% of Base Salary Vehicle Allowance Medical Benefits 401(k) with Safe Harbor Match Additional Employee Benefits Package
