$ 45,760 - $60,000 DOE + Benefits and Growth Opportunities! BBSI has partnered with a growing and well-established Commercial Electrical contractor to identify a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support their expanding operations team. Job Summary This is a key support role that sits at the intersection of field and office operations, ensuring projects stay organized, communication flows effectively, and day-to-day workflows run smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoy being the go-to person for keeping things on track—this is a great opportunity. Duties Review daily field reports and verify timecards for accuracy Maintain and update project documentation (RFIs, submittals, logs) Upload and manage files in Procore and internal systems Capture meeting notes and coordinate communication across teams Assist with scheduling and support overall project coordination Provide general office and field support, including supply management Qualifications Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills Proactive, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Construction or electrical industry experience preferred Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Competitive and experience-based
