  • Oversee daily field operations for commercial HVAC and plumbing construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications Collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners to resolve field issues Monitor project progress, quality standards, and workforce productivity Requirements Previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Strong piping and plumbing construction experience required Ability to manage multiple crews and project activities simultaneously Thorough knowledge of construction safety practices and industry regulations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A bit about us:•We are a growing mechanical subcontractor specializing in HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects.
