JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a top facilities management and energy industry client. This candidate will join a high-performing Design & Construction team supporting major capital construction projects at a large energy account in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple facility-focused projects from planning and design through construction and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, contractors, and site leadership while driving project execution, managing resources, and navigating project challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to make a direct impact on large-scale facility initiatives while growing within a globally recognized organization.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of related construction project management experience Experience managing construction projects from planning through closeout Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Knowledge of construction methods, technical specifications, and safety protocols Experience coordinating contractors and cross-functional teams Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project scheduling skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience managing capital projects in energy, industrial, or facilities environments Experience with ground-up construction projects Experience leading renovation and facility improvement projects Budget development and resource allocation experience Construction management experience within large corporate or client-site environments Vendor and contractor management expertisePay:
