Opportunity:
Our client is expanding their water division and is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex treatment plant, pipeline, and water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations and site safety Manage crews, subcontractors, and project schedules Coordinate with project managers and engineers Ensure quality control and adherence to plans/specifications Drive production, sequencing, and project delivery
Qualifications:
5+ years of superintendent experience in heavy civil construction Strong background in water/wastewater projects (treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations) Proven ability to manage crews and deliver projects on schedule Deep understanding of construction sequencing and field operations Strong leadership and communication skills
