- Proven track record as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
- Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety
- OSHA 30 certification ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????? (????????????????????, ???????????? ????????????????????????????????):
- Wood-frame podium or wrap-style multifamily experience
- Procore or similar project management software
- Experience mentoring assistant superintendents ????????????????'???? ???????? ????????????????????:
- $170,000 to $190,000 base salary + above market benefits
