Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Construction Field Manager to supervise and oversee outdoor landscaping projects from start to finish. In this energetic role, you will coordinate hardscaping construction projects, work with leads to manage crews, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality landscape installations. Duties Supervise landscape construction crews during hardscaping, planting and irrigation and drainage installation Coordinate daily project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion Oversee the operation of landscaping equipment, including company vehicles, ensuring safety and proper use Manage irrigation systems installation, troubleshooting issues to optimize landscape health Identify plants, trees, and ground cover to ensure proper placement and health throughout projects Enforce safety protocols on-site to protect team members and clients while maintaining compliance with industry standards Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to clarify project scope and expectations Qualifications Proven supervising experience in landscape construction environments Strong knowledge of lawn care, horticulture, and plant identification Hands-on experience with hardscaping construction projects such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor features Skilled in installing irrigation systems and understanding irrigation best practices Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently; experience with outdoor work is essential Leadership skills with a focus on crew management and team motivation Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project execution and maintenance tasks Employee-only healthcare coverage 401k offered Quarterly bonuses $30.00 - $40.00 per hours dependent on experience Send resume to: Teresa Terrel at teresa@vanslykelandscape.com
