The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, and able to communicate effectively with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, clients, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination and administration of construction projects. Track project schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding items. Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, plans, reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project records. Assist with subcontractor and vendor coordination and follow up on outstanding items. Track purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, and project-related expenses. Help prepare project reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and progress updates. Maintain accurate project files and ensure documentation is organized and up to date. Assist with scheduling inspections, site visits, meetings, and other project activities. Monitor project action items and follow up with responsible parties to keep work moving forward. Support the preparation and processing of change orders, pay applications, and other project paperwork. Communicate project updates and potential issues to the appropriate team members. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Project Management team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, project administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with construction management software is a plus. Ability to read and understand construction documents and project schedules preferred. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
