Proven ability to support project managers and field teams while ensuring projects remain on schedule, compliant, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Coordinated daily office operations and administrative support for multiple construction projects. Assisted Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking. Managed project documentation including contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages. Maintained project budgets, processed invoices, tracked purchase orders, and monitored expenses. Scheduled meetings, inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities. Served as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. Prepared reports, project updates, meeting minutes, and executive summaries. Ensured compliance with safety regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies. Supported bidding processes, contract administration, and procurement activities. Maintained accurate records using Microsoft Office and construction management software.
