What to Expect We are looking for a highly skilled Design Manager with a background in electrical engineering who is passionate about our mission to join our Bay Area infrastructure engineering team with focus on cell manufacturing and R&D improvements. In this role, you will be asked to own and drive the full design and engineering efforts for construction and infrastructure development from concept to build. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, construction and project management. You will drive collaboration between Engineering disciplines, Construction, Manufacturing, R&D, EHS and operations to ensure our team's goals are aligned with company priorities.
