Job Description
Thrive with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring an On-Site Program Manager in Fremont, CA . As an On-Site Program Manager , you will: Manage a team of On-Site Coordinators. Oversee contractor timecards, tracking hours, and resolving pay discrepancies for temporary or contingent staff Conduct and over see new hire orientations Drive the end-to-end onsite event operations Act as the primary liaison between the client's management team and the internal Delivery team. This is a full-time opportunity!
Schedule :
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
3 to 5+ years of direct project or program management experience Onsite presence to manage daily in-person operations and team collaboration Ability to guide cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts Software proficient
Pay Range:
$65,000 - $70,000 annually
•Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
