Project Manager Salary:
$85,000 - $105,000 base + up to $20K to 45K annually through Project bonuses +health benefits + vehicle allowance + paid vacationLocation:
Fresno / Clovis, CA About Us Hamel Development Inc. is a commercial general contractor specializing in medical and dental tenant improvements, ground-up self-storage facilities, and office buildouts. Our projects range from $1M to $4M, and we are known for high-quality craftsmanship, transparency, and strong client relationships.We are seeking a Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction operations in the field while managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. This is a full-time, leadership-level role with strong growth potential. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership and accountability of assigned projects while working collaboratively with the HDI team Provide proactive communication with owners and clients on schedules, budgets, and progress updates Provide leadership by supervising on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment Ensure compliance with all OSHA and medical construction requirements Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals Manage schedules and updates through project management tools Ensure quality control by conducting inspections and reviewing blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-conscious execution Review contracts and negotiate terms with vendors and subcontractors Lead jobsite operations with 80% field oversight / 20% office responsibilities Qualifications 3+ years of superintendent or project management experience in commercial construction Proven ability to run projects in the $1M-$4M range Strong leadership skills with the ability to 'think like an owner' while fostering teamwork Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving Proficiency in project scheduling software Knowledge of medical/dental construction compliance standards Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Compensation & Benefits $85,000 - $105,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus 20K-45K in bonuses tied to on-time/on-budget delivery, safety, and quality metrics.
