In this role, you will serve as a vital link between project teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring that all phases of construction are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope. Duties Digitizing and categorizing all project documents. Answering phone calls and serving as the primary communication link as the first point of contact. Manage email correspondence and help streamline communication between all parties involved in the project. Drafting subcontractor written contracts and change orders. Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. Support contract administration by tracking change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and other project documentation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively through time management strategies. Strong communication skills for coordinating between teams and documenting project progress clearly. Requirements Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word Be familiar with creating and editing Organized and detail oriented Working hours will be 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday Please submit your resume in PDF format.
