Job Description
Coastline Development, Inc. is a General Contractor based in Southern California that specializes in Commercial Construction. Coastline has been in business for over 35 years and consistently provides top quality service to our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced Superintendent who can run a large project or multiple smaller jobs.
Job Duties Include :
- Management of labor staff
- Overseeing Subcontractors
- Ensuring that safety regulations are met
- Coordinating with city officials
- Professional communication with clients and main office
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Superintendent experience
- Experience in Commercial Construction
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc)
- Experience with working for a
