Los Angeles, CA Job Summary:
A well-established and growing mechanical contractor in the Los Angeles area is seeking an experienced HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Executive to join its leadership team. This organization is recognized for its long-standing excellence, competitive compensation, strong benefits package—including ESOP participation —and continued growth. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience and a proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and build strong client relationships.

Higher Education Government Healthcare Industrial Commercial Construction Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level leadership for HVAC and plumbing construction projects Develop, implement, and manage team procedures, systems, and workflows Forecast workload, sales, staffing needs, and project resources Analyze secured and prospective project pipelines and provide progress reporting Represent the company in meetings with clients, owners, and project stakeholders Mentor project teams through all phases of design and construction Partner with HR to identify training and professional development needs Utilize leadership and motivation techniques to maximize productivity and team engagement
Qualifications:
10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction project management experience Sales and estimating experience Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams Proven project budgeting and financial management expertise Ability to resolve project and team challenges effectively Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
