The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a thorough understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires a proactive approach to managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within scope. Candidates with hands-on construction site experience and proficiency in industry-standard tools will thrive in this position. Duties Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software. Oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones. Ensure adherence to safety standards such as OSHA regulations across all project sites. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes effectively. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and meetings; address issues proactively. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Construction management software for documentation and communication. Supervise construction site activities, including supervising personnel and managing safety protocols. Prepare reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders; facilitate effective communication. Experience Proven experience in construction management with a minimum of several years leading large-scale projects. Strong background in project scheduling using Primavera P6 or Primavera P3. Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprints reading, schematics, and construction estimating. Demonstrated management skills including supervising teams and managing multiple subcontractors. Familiarity with heavy civil or pipeline projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols is essential. Experience with construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam is preferred. Ability to read technical schematics and use testing tools like ohmmeters for quality assurance purposes.
