This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Responsibilities Lead land development projects from inception through construction support. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables. Prepare proposals, fee estimates, and scopes of work. Conduct site investigations and coordinate engineering design. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development. Supervise and mentor Project Managers and engineering staff. Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and engineering standards. Oversee project profitability, resource planning, and team performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 10 years of project management experience in land development. Proven experience managing projects from entitlement through construction support. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills. Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. Preferred Experience Commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development. Site development, grading, drainage, and utility design. Stormwater management and permitting. Construction administration and engineering support.
