Their Southern California division generates over $1 billion in annual revenue and specializes in ground-up multifamily, senior living, higher education, aviation, and commercial projects. Job Description The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating daily site operations, maintaining project schedules, conducting safety meetings, and partnering closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful projects. Current assignments include $60M-$240M ground-up multifamily and senior living developments across the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
