What They're Looking For:
- Multifamily construction experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent
- Experience on ground-up, podium, wrap, or stick-frame projects
- Strong scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site management skills
- Ability to drive projects safely and efficiently from start to finish What's on
