Job Description

Position Overview Join our growing construction team as a Construction Project Manager, where your experience and leadership will drive the successful delivery of diverse construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is designed for both emerging project leaders and experienced Project Managers, with responsibilities scaled based on experience. You will play a key role in project coordination, cost management, scheduling, and client communication, working closely with field teams and leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment while gaining increasing leadership responsibility. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution Support or lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout (based on experience) Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution Develop and manage project plans, logistics, and workflows Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays Budget & Financial Management Track and manage project budgets, cost reports, and change orders Assist with or own project forecasting and cost control Support or lead project buyout and procurement processes Review subcontractor agreements and manage project financial performance Schedule Management Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment between schedule and execution Identify delays and implement corrective actions Documentation & Contract Administration Oversee RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders Ensure timely and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle Review project plans, specifications, and agreements Client & Stakeholder Communication Communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Participate in or lead project meetings and provide updates Build and maintain strong client relationships Team Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Project Engineers and Superintendents to align office and field operations Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff (for more experienced candidates) Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements Support compliance with contracts, regulations, and company policies Identify risks and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-10+ years of construction experience , depending on level Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Technical Requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel for budgeting and reporting) Experience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam) Familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) Understanding of contract documents and cost control systems Growth & Development We are committed to supporting your career growth by providing: Opportunities to take on increasing project ownership Mentorship from experienced leadership Ongoing training in industry-standard tools Why Join Us? Pay:
$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
