Project Superintendent Job Requirements We are looking for a seasoned superintendent with verifiable experience in public works management.
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Coordinate with Architect and Inspectors
  • File required job reports
  • Attend construction meetings if necessary
  • Preparation of RFI's, T&M tickets, Daily reports, Look Ahead Schedules, and any other documents required for the assigned project
  • OSHA Requirements, safety training, and ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe workplace
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and MS project, Excel
  • Dependable transportation and high energy with willingness to be a team player Additional information will be provided at interview Compensation Based on Qualifications and/or experience
