- Coordinate subcontractors
- Coordinate with Architect and Inspectors
- File required job reports
- Attend construction meetings if necessary
- Preparation of RFI's, T&M tickets, Daily reports, Look Ahead Schedules, and any other documents required for the assigned project
- OSHA Requirements, safety training, and ability to conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe workplace
- Must pass criminal background check
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and MS project, Excel
- Dependable transportation and high energy with willingness to be a team player Additional information will be provided at interview Compensation Based on Qualifications and/or experience
