is a Roofing and Waterproofing Commercial Construction Company serving Northern California, Southern California, and Nevada. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects, we specialize in providing comprehensive waterproofing and roofing solutions for commercial construction. Our team is dedicated to excellence, precision, and collaboration, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager to lead our commercial roofing operations across the San Francisco Bay Area. This role oversees the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction and estimating through production and closeout, while managing teams, supporting sales performance, and maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors and building owners. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of commercial roofing or construction management experience, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of estimating, scheduling, and project execution in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all SF Bay Area operations, managing sales, pre‑construction, construction, and operations teams. Manage 15-25 personnel across sales, project management, and field operations. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Review scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and change orders for accuracy and cost control. Coordinate with General Contractors, building owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor compliance with contracts, specifications, and local regulatory requirements. Conduct site visits for progress tracking, quality assurance, and safety compliance. Support the sales team by assisting and reviewing estimates, in addition to revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, performance measurement, and reporting. Provide leadership updates and reporting on project milestones and branch performance. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction operations/management. Proven experience working with General Contractors and building owners. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, estimating, scheduling, and job costing. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore required). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts. Demonstrated leadership experience managing multiple teams and active projects. Excellent communication, organization, and decision‑making skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field required. MBA preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
