Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced construction management professionals to lead on-site administrative and field operations for a major infrastructure project in Long Beach, California. Our team values strong leadership and a proven ability to drive safety, compliance, and construction excellence throughout all phases of project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project procedures, client requirements, and company standards. Lead and conduct field meetings, including safety, coordination, and schedule reviews, driving effective communication across project teams. Monitor and enforce project safety and health plans, review and audit site-specific safety documentation, and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to resolve field-related issues, document progress, and manage construction schedules and reports.

Required:

Proven track record managing installation and commissioning of medium-voltage substations (2.4kV to 35kV) with minimum capacity of 2.5 MVA. Extensive experience overseeing heavy asphalt and concrete paving, foundation work, and installation of DC fast chargers. Bachelor degree and 13 years construction management or craft supervision experience on similar projects, or Associate degree with 15 years experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 17 years experience (required). General understanding of all construction disciplines; strong communication and supervisory skills for field construction personnel.
