We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of our projects.

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Project Manager to oversee project schedules, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management, specifically in utility locating, potholing, and utility mapping services. This role involves extensive interfacing with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Bonus points if you are familiar with

ASCE 38-22

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating:

Estimating and bidding projects

Client Coordination:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their project requirements and providing regular updates.

Project Management:

Oversee all aspects of project schedules including coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.

Follow-Up:

Regularly check in on project progress, follow up on deliverables, and address any issues promptly.

Reporting:

Prepare and provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status and any potential roadblocks.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to keep everything on track.

Documentation:

Ensure all project-related documents are properly maintained and accessible to team members and clients.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably in construction project management related to utility locating, potholing, and utility mapping services.

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Client Relations:

Proven experience interfacing with clients and managing client expectations.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with

ASCE 38-22

standards is a plus.

Technology:

Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Pipedrive, Asana, Slack, and similar platforms.

Team Player:

Ability to work collaboratively with a team and foster a positive work environment.

Detail-Oriented:

Keen attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all aspects of project management.

Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
