Confidential Project Manager - Commercial Construction | Los Angeles A well-established commercial general contractor in Los Angeles is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. Prefer someone with Hospital OSHPD experience . This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a respected builder with a strong backlog, long-term client relationships, and a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects. This role is ideal for a Construction Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and running smoothly. What you'll be doing: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and owner communication Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders Identify and resolve project issues before they become larger problems Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally What they're looking for: Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor Strong background managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial projects Ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Procore or similar construction management software experience is a plus Local Colorado construction experience is preferred This is a confidential search, and company details will only be shared with qualified candidates after an initial conversation.
