Foreman/Supervisor

Job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced /Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires effective communication, project scheduling, and quality control to ensure that all projects meet the required standards and are completed on time. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards. Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely completion of tasks. Oversee budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring projects remain within financial constraints. Collaborate with team members to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts, providing guidance on construction estimating and quality control measures. Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and project tracking to enhance communication among stakeholders. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and implement solutions as necessary. Provide training and supervision to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure adherence to safety protocols while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process. Skills Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other relevant construction management software. Strong understanding of construction management principles including project scheduling, budgeting, and estimating. Experience in reading blueprints and schematics with a keen eye for detail in quality control processes. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites. Excellent supervisory experience with proven management skills in leading diverse teams. Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders including contractors, clients, and team members. Strong analytical skills with the capability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site. Construction site experience is essential for understanding the dynamics of project execution.
