Los Angeles (Multi-Family) / San Diego County, Otay Mesa (EPC) Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Licensed General Contractor / Construction Project Manager to lead multi‑family and multi‑unit residential construction projects from permitting and groundbreaking through final completion. This is a hands-on, field-driven role focused on ground-up construction, subcontractor management, schedule control, and budget oversight . The ideal candidate has extensive experience in commercial or multi‑family construction , strong leadership in the field, and holds an active General Contractor License . •Korean bilingual preferred Key Responsibilities Manage on-site construction for multi‑unit residential and commercial projects from start to finish Oversee general contracting operations , including subcontractor buyouts, scopes, and coordination of all trades Provide daily construction supervision , quality control, and job site leadership Pull and manage building permits and ensure compliance with all local building codes and inspections Create and enforce construction schedules ; manage workflow, sequencing, and critical path activities Coordinate with Superintendents, inspectors, and design professionals to maintain progress Manage change orders , RFIs, and real-time field problem resolution Represents the company in weekly client meetings and project status updates Prepare cost estimates , review plans and contracts, approve invoices, and track job costs to meet budget targets Required Qualifications Active General Contractor License B or C10 (required - must be eligible to pull permits for multi‑unit residential projects) ​10+ years of construction management or general contracting experience Proven background in multi‑family construction, apartment buildings, or commercial construction Strong experience managing subcontractors, construction schedules, inspections, and jobsite operations Solid understanding of construction documents, plans, specifications, and contracts Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical construction issues in the field Preferred Qualifications Experience with ground‑up multi‑family or mixed‑use projects Familiarity with local building departments and inspectors Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Lead General Contractor Salary Starting at $100,000 (based on experience) Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
