Full Job Description Residential Construction Project Manager Heyday Build Location:

We're seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead the execution of multiple custom home builds in Altadena. As the Project Manager, you'll ensure our projects run efficiently, within budget, and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. Why Work at Heyday Build? Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and field oversight of multiple residential construction projects Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, and client coordinators Supervise and support site superintendents and subcontractor teams Assist with project budgeting, cost estimating, purchasing, and scheduling Implement and enforce safety and quality control standards across all job sites Develop and refine workflows and project management systems to improve efficiency Represent Heyday Build in client-facing conversations when required Assist with hiring, training, and developing a high-performing construction team
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential construction project management, with expertise in custom homes Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative approach Proficiency in job costing, estimating, scheduling, and construction documentation Ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously in Altadena, CA Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Self-motivated, with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and community rebuilding Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
