A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
- Review drawings, specifications, estimates, contracts, and project scope.
- Track project budgets, costs, schedules, material delivery, and potential delays.
- Source, qualify, and coordinate subcontractors and material vendors.
- Manage subcontractor documents, insurance certificates, RFIs, submittals, and project records.
- Prepare, price, submit, and follow up on change orders.
- Coordinate with the Superintendent on field progress, quality, safety, materials, and schedule.
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Support progress billing, collections, closeout documentation, and project profitability. Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience in commercial and/or industrial construction.
- Proven experience managing project budgets, subcontractors, change orders, procurement, and client communication.
- Strong ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Experience with California construction projects; General B contractor experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites in the Los Angeles area.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and cost-control skills.
Pay:
$50.00- $70.
