YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Our Landscaping Construction Manager coordinates with internal ownership, designers, estimators, and project managers to keep our residential jobs on track and ensures all team members are on the same page. You'll be in charge of the landscape construction crew, supervising their work activities to make sure everything meets quality standards and homeowner expectations. You'll communicate daily goals to the team and step in where needed to support efficient project completion. Attentive to detail, you'll review construction drawings, layouts, and scopes as well as track the materials used and labor hours worked. Your effective leadership will support seamless project completion!
LANDSCAPING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of landscape construction experience 2+ years of experience in a foreman, lead installer, or crew leadership position High-end residential landscape construction experience Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills Ability to accurately read and follow plans, measurements, layouts, and construction details Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions/temperatures
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with concrete forming, drainage systems, paver installation, irrigation systems, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, planting, and grading Compact equipment operation experience (loaders, trenchers, mini excavators, skid steers, etc.) Experience coordinating with designers, homeowners, subcontractors, and project managers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with the Bay Area's construction suppliers, materials, and local job site difficulties
