Menlo Park, CA | Full-Time Lead High-End Residential Projects from Planning Through Completion Supple Homes Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Custom Residential Construction) to oversee the successful delivery of architect-driven custom home projects in Silicon Valley. This role is ideal for an experienced residential construction professional who brings strong leadership, sound judgment, local building knowledge, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience. Based in Menlo Park, Supple Homes is a boutique custom homebuilder with more than 20 years of experience building large-scale luxury residences throughout Silicon Valley. Our projects typically range from $4M to $11M , and our work is defined by craftsmanship, thoughtful coordination, and a high level of professionalism. We partner with top architects, consultants, subcontractors, and homeowners to execute distinctive homes with care and precision. In this position, you will lead projects from pre-construction through final completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and client communication throughout the process. What You'll Do Manage project execution across schedule, scope, budget, and overall quality goals Lead weekly scheduling and progress meetings with internal team members and trade partners Maintain daily logs, updates, and client communication records in BuilderTrend Oversee change orders, RFIs, and project documentation with close attention to detail Support accurate invoicing, cost control, and financial tracking throughout the life of each project Communicate proactively with clients through weekly PSR (Project Status Report) meetings Help drive strong client satisfaction, with a target average rating of 8/10 or higher Enforce jobsite safety expectations, company standards, and internal operating procedures Support team development, accountability, and alignment with company culture Maintain complete and timely internal reporting, documentation, and CRM updates Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience managing luxury residential construction projects in the Bay Area Strong knowledge of California building codes, permitting requirements, and inspection processes Demonstrated success managing large, architect-led custom home projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience using BuilderTrend or similar construction management software Valid California driver's license and reliable daily transportation to local job sites Strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and customer service Must be based in the Bay Area or able to commute daily to Menlo Park-area job sites within a 10-mile radius Compensation & Benefits Full-time position $120,000 to $150,000 annually , based on experience Annual performance bonus tied to profit goals, customer satisfaction, and administrative compliance Kaiser health insurance 401(k) with profit-sharing Company laptop, phone, and branded gear Mileage or gas reimbursement for work-related travel Paid vacation and holidays Supportive team culture focused on growth, feedback, and shared success Equal Employment Opportunity Supple Homes Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
