THE ROLE

We are looking for a Superintendent to own the field execution of our custom home projects. You will run the jobsite day to day, manage subcontractors and the schedule, and hold every detail to our quality and safety standards. This is a role of real ownership for an experienced field leader who takes pride in a great finished home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run the jobsite day to day and own field execution from start to finish Build and manage the project schedule and three-week lookaheads Coordinate and hold subcontractors accountable to their scope, schedule, and quality Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards Keep jobsite documentation current in Buildertrend Partner with your project manager to deliver the project

WHAT YOU BRING

Several years of construction superintendent experience, ideally in high-end residential or custom homes Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, safety, and quality Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong leadership and subcontractor-management skills Comfort with construction project management software such as Buildertrend A valid California driver's license
