• $115,000 annually

Hours:

Monday

• Friday, 8:00 am
• 5:00pm We are a Real Estate Development company which builds custom-designed single family homes, Planned Unit Developments, traditional townhomes and multi-unit complexes.

We have been in business for over 50+ years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and coordination of multiple construction related projects in the San Gabriel Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Superintendents on a daily basis.
• Coordinate project schedule, implement efficiency, and delegate tasks as necessary.
• Vet subcontractor proposals and approve contracts for same.
• Create and control budgets and cost breakdowns.
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met.
• Maintain required project documentation and schedules.
• Serve as a liaison between field personnel and the Office.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Construction Management
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Project
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Organized with strong leadership qualities
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
