Lead field operations from mobilization through final completion on commercial construction projects. Coordinate trades, site logistics, safety, quality control, inspections, scheduling, commissioning, and closeout while maintaining daily reports and partnering with the Construction Manager. Responsibilities Lead project mobilization, site setup, access, utilities, and landlord compliance. Manage site logistics, including deliveries, hoisting, laydown areas, traffic, and tenant constraints. Lead daily site operations, manpower tracking, safety planning, toolbox talks, and reporting. Coordinate trade handoffs and quality control, ensuring work is accepted before follow-on activities. Develop and manage two-week look-ahead schedules with the Construction Manager. Coordinate permits, inspections, commissioning, punchlist completion, and final closeout.
