Job Description Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for: Leading projects from preconstruction through final closeout Taking full ownership of project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules while proactively driving project milestones Managing procurement, subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and risk mitigation Overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and all project documentation Leading OAC meetings and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, inspectors, and public agencies Ensuring compliance with all DSA, prevailing wage, and Public Works requirements Partnering closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure schedule adherence and successful project execution Identifying and resolving project challenges before they impact cost or schedule Leading project teams while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The ideal Senior Project Manager will have: 8+ years of project management experience dedicated to DSA and/or Public Works construction A career background with established, highly regarded general contractors Demonstrated project tenure and career progression with a stable work history Proven experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout Strong expertise in project scheduling, including developing, updating, analyzing, and driving critical path schedules Ability to independently lead and deliver complex projects valued up to $40M Extensive experience with educational, municipal, civic, government, or other public-sector construction projects Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration capabilities Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders Exceptional communication and leadership skills Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred What's on Offer We are offering this
