  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager specializing in Construction Multifamily developments to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale multifamily residential projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership will drive project coordination across multiple teams, manage complex schedules, and uphold the highest standards of construction management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction site experience, advanced project management skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools to facilitate seamless project delivery. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of multifamily construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and other construction management software to coordinate all phases of construction. Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations to secure quality materials and subcontractors. Manage project documentation such as blueprints, schematics, contracts, and change orders with precision using Bluebeam and Construction management software. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and design specifications. Utilize tools like Civil 3D for site planning and schematics review to facilitate accurate execution. Track project progress through regular site visits and detailed reporting; adjust schedules proactively to mitigate delays. Oversee cost control measures including heavyBid for accurate cost estimation and budget management. Ensure timely submission of progress reports, change orders, and other critical documentation. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by maintaining transparency and providing expert guidance on construction processes. Skills Extensive experience in construction management of multifamily residential projects with proven leadership capabilities. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and contract administration. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on project coordination across multiple disciplines. Deep knowledge of construction site safety protocols and quality assurance procedures. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with civil engineering principles relevant to multifamily development projects. Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams including clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors. Demonstrated expertise in managing contracts, change orders, and resolving onsite issues efficiently.
