Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Sales and Estimating Develop project timelines, budgets, and detailed work schedules. Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues or delays. Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial reports. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure quality control and safety standards are adhered to on-site. Manage project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
