Resources include in house technicians, subcontractors, and material procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service requests are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction service management processes. Responsibilities Receive requests through multiple types of service request platforms.( Service Channel, LX/VX, email, and via phone). Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize construction management software such as Fulcrum for project tracking and reporting. Daily Scheduling of in house staff. Oversee Service scheduling and resource allocation to optimize efficiency. Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the service request lifecycle. Implement time management strategies to ensure timely completion of all tasks. Experience At least 5 years in construction service management or a related field is essential. Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools is preferred. Strong knowledge of project coordination techniques within the construction industry. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in construction site experience along with excellent project management skills.
