Position Summary The program manager will work closely with the ABA Supervisor in the Inland Empire area to implement behavior treatment plans for clients and families. You will work directly with clients and provide supervision to direct service staff delivering ABA therapy. Job Responsibilities & Duties Develop individualized treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Continuously monitor the effectiveness of treatment approaches and make necessary program modifications. Provide training, consultation, and support to direct interventionists and parents. Provide direct intervention to clients. Offer guidance and support in school settings to teaching staff working with challenging students, including school psychologists, site and district administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, parents/guardians, and DIS providers. Collaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies. Collect fidelity and reliability data using various forms of measurement. Perform physical activities, including standing, sitting, twisting, kneeling, bending over, crouching down, walking, sitting/playing on the floor for extended periods of time, and lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs without assistance from another adult. Maintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for your vehicle. Requirements Must have a bachelor's degree. Must be enrolled in the Master's Program for ABA At least 1 year of ABA experience, including experience with challenging behaviors; experience with all age ranges preferred At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role Ability to reliably commute to the Inland Empire, CA area or plan to relocate before starting work. Must have reliable communication method including working phone and internet connection Responsible for driving within a 30-mile radius to complete job-related duties and assignments Client schedules may vary, and weekly hours may fluctuate based on client needs, cancellations, and staffing coverage. Travel, Expenses & Reimbursement This role requires travel within a 30 mile radius between job sites and/or client locations . Approved work-related expenses (including required job travel) will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable California law and company policy. Pre-Employment Requirements This position may be contingent upon successful completion of job-related screening requirements, which may include background checks and other clearances relevant to working with children and families (as applicable by role and placement).
