Construction Project Manager Santa Margarita Water District Rancho Santa Margarita, California Annual Salary:
$146,567- $202,044 DOE/DOQ The Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD) is seeking a proactive and adaptable Construction Project Manager (CPM) to support critical infrastructure projects. Working closely with the Principal Engineer and Engineering Department leadership, this role coordinates construction activities, supports contract administration, advances project delivery, and serves as a liaison among project partners and internal teams. The successful candidate will independently manage increasingly complex projects that advance the District's water, wastewater, and recycled water systems. The ideal candidate has a strong construction or engineering background and is motivated by challenging work, continuous learning, and taking ownership of complex projects.
