Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders and client communication Coordinate with owners, architects, superintendents, subcontractors and vendors Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all project stakeholders Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals and requests for information Track project progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact schedule or budget Ensure work is completed safely, accurately and in line with project expectations Qualifications Prior Project Manager experience in commercial construction Automotive dealership construction experience strongly preferred Experience managing ground up construction, tenant improvements or commercial remodels Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination and project documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and project teams Local or regional construction experience in Southern California preferred Interested in hearing more?
