Site Manager Location:
Redwood City, California (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a Site Manager opportunity that combines operational leadership, vendor oversight, financial coordination, and client relationship management within a dynamic facilities environment. Our team is looking for a candidate who can help ensure high service standards, support day-to-day site operations, and contribute to efficient, well-run facilities performance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations in line with agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope while coordinating vendor compliance across janitorial, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other critical systems. Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting service delivery, key performance indicators, and positive feedback. Support financial controls including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly spend reporting, purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Lead team onboarding, training, performance management, and site activities such as moves, events, safety protocols, reception services, snack and refreshments services, mail services, and on-call emergency response.
Required:
2+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field with a proven track record in operations management. 3+ years of facilities management experience, including management of CMMS/Work Order applications. Experience with building systems, including mechanical and electrical systems, plus effective contractor management skills and compliance oversight for contracts and insurance requirements. Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms, along with strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills. Ability to manage financial reporting and client communication, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Preferred:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or a related field, plus experience with capital planning, client interface, vendor procurement, and sourcing support.
