This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project workflows. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to track progress and milestones. Prepare and review construction estimates using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools to establish accurate budgets. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise implementation of design specifications. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, communication, and project tracking. Oversee construction site activities ensuring safety protocols are followed while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project plans. Facilitate effective project coordination by managing schedules, resources, and personnel across multiple teams. Skills Extensive experience with construction site management and field operations. Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes using HeavyBid or similar software. Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution. Familiarity with civil engineering software including Civil 3D for site design insights. Experience with contracts administration and change management procedures. Ability to utilize construction management platforms like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and collaboration. Excellent time management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Solid understanding of safety standards, OSHA regulations, and quality assurance practices on construction sites.
