Responsibilities:

Support the Site Superintendent in the daily operations of an active jobsite. Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Monitor site safety and quality control, conducting regular inspections. Assist with project scheduling and tracking progress against timelines. Manage material deliveries and site logistics. Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsite. Assist with inspections and documentation for local authorities and project managers. Identify and help resolve field-level construction issues. Foster communication between field personnel, project management, and inspectors.

Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor Prior experience with 200+ unit ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects (including podium, garden walk-up, and other Type I developments) General knowledge of construction principles/processes required Experience building relationships with owners and managing field staff Prior experience with MS Project (or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite A bit about us: - Multifamily developments are what we do, and we sure do a LOT of them in California!
