Requirements:

Experience as Construction Superintendent

• TI / Renovation ProjectsThis is a full time/permanent position with a well established and stable General Contractor.

Many of their upcoming projects are commercial TIs.

This company is in a major growth phase and has never experienced layoffs. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for experienced Superintendents of all levels. This person will be responsible for managing site construction personnel and operations.

• Manage / supervise field construction of projects
• Ensure construction is being completed on time and within budget
• Schedule and manage multiple crews performing various tasks across the project site
