About us Mitchell General Contractors is a high quality commercial general contractor specializing in retail and restaurant tenant improvement construction. From conception to completion, we will provide our clients with experience, integrity, and exceptional customer service from all levels. We are currently looking for a superintendent to service our San Diego jobs but the right candidate should be willing to work in other Southern California locations as needed. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coordinate and oversee project activities from initiation to completion
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors
• Perform quality and safety checks/meeting per company policy
• Stage project with required equipment
• Track all subcontractor change orders
• Schedule owner/vendor deliveries
• Schedule Inspections with City & County
• Turn over a complete, clean store, with all final inspections signed off

Requirements:

• At least 5 years proven experience as a project superintendent or similar role in the

COMMERCIAL/RESTAURANT/RETAIL

construction industry

• Familiarity with construction management software, Procore
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, and clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate project documentation
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for project superintendent.

Full-time Pay:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
