full-time Healthcare Superintendent | San Francisco, CA | $150,000 - $180,000 + Benefits Renewyx have partnered with a growing general contractor to bring on a Healthcare Construction Superintendent for their pipeline of hospital and medical facility projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Live pipeline. Clinical builds. Real ownership of the site. ???????????? ????????????????: Run the site day to day on healthcare construction projects. Own schedule, budget, subs, and safety, while keeping ICRA and interim life safety measures on point throughout. ???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????????????:
- Proven track record as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects (hospitals, medical office buildings, or similar clinical facilities)
- Working knowledge of ICRA and interim life safety measures (ILSM) protocols
- Strong command of schedule, budget, subcontractor management, and site safety ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????? (????????????????????, ???????????? ????????????????????????????????):
- Experience renovating occupied or active healthcare facilities alongside new construction
- OSHA 30 certification

- $150,000 to $180,000 base salary + above market benefits
