Full-time Position:

Project Manager needed for a construction company.

Location:

Bay Area (Santa Clara/San Jose)

Schedule:

Full-Time. Monday-Friday.

Duties:

1. Manage residential construction projects from start to finish. 2. Communicate daily with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and office teams. 3. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and inspections. 4. Attend city inspections and clearly understand what inspectors require. 5. Read and understand plans, architectural drawings, and structural details. 6. Handle change orders and client update. 7. Collect and manage project payments.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years experience managing construction projects. 2. Strong knowledge of residential construction (kitchen, bathrooms, additions, etc). 3. Ability to read plans and understand structural/engineering details. 4. Experience working with subcontractors and vendors. 5. Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record. 6. Need to know how to manage projects from A-Z.

Compensation:

$7,000

• 8,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.

Pay:

$7,000.00
